本文结合锻压设备的特点及锻压设备的发展,对锻压设备的液压系统设计流程进行了简单的介绍.并以一种典型的大型液压系统为例,对液压分配系统、液压泵站的设计进行了阐述.其中,由于各手册、文献中对液压系统油箱强度设计方面的介绍较少,本文基于有限元分析的方法,研制了50000L大型液压站.该液压系统及液压站经测试、使用,性能符合使用要求.
Combined with the characteristics of forging equipment and the development of forging equipment,this paper briefly introduces the hydraulic system design process of forging equipment. Taking a typical large-scale hydraulic system as an example,the design of hydraulic distribution system and hydraulic power station is described. Among them,due to the lack of introduction to the strength design of the hydraulic system tank in various manuals and literatures,a 50000L large-scale hydraulic station was developed based on the method of finite element analysis. The hydraulic system and hydraulic station have been tested and used,and their performance meets the requirements of use.
