摘要
本文实现了一种具有竖直提升上料、多模式毛管横移布料、芯棒水平穿芯、双工位旋转式芯棒台为特征的高速无缝钢管冷拔机组.该机组实现了冷拔管生产过程散料、提升上料、下位拔制、下料等工序自动运行;可实现最多五支直径ø28～ø63.5mm、壁厚3.5～10mm、长度8～26m碳钢及低合金钢管同时拔制;机组公称拔制力最大60t,拔制速度最高50m/min.该设备提升了国内冷拔管材生产机组设计、制造水平以及企业生产技术水平,对促进我国钢管行业技术装备发展具有深远意义.
Abstract
In this paper,a high-speed seamless steel tube cold drawing unit with the characteristics of verti-cal lifting feeding,multi-mode capillary traversing distribution,horizontal core threading of mandrel and dou-ble-station rotating mandrel table is realized. The unit realizes the automatic operation of bulk materials,lifting and feeding,lower drawing,blanking and other processes in the production process of cold drawn tubes;Up to five diameters achievable Ф28～Ф63.5mm,wall thickness 3.5～10mm,length 8～26m carbon steel and low alloy steel pipe drawn at the same time;The maximum nominal drawing force of the unit is 60t,and the maximum drawing speed is 50m/min. The equipment has improved the design and manufacturing level of the domestic cold-drawn pipe production unit and the production technology level of the enterprise,and has far-reaching significance for promoting the development of technical equipment in China's steel pipe industry.
