摘要
铜合金挤压可生产包括扁、棒、线、管以及异型材产品.在生产过程中,模具需要频繁清扫、检修并需检测模具使用状态、是否需更换模具;由于模孔形状多样、尺寸小,温度高(500℃~650℃),目前均为人工检测,效率、准确率较低.模具状态在线智能检测系统的开发,利用机器人代替人工作业,提高设备运行质量及效率,降低人员劳动强度及危险性、实现铜挤压生产线的高效、智能及无人化运行.
Abstract
Copper alloy extrusion can produce flat,rod,wire,pipe and profile products,which need frequent cleaning and maintenance of the mold in the production process,need to detect the use of the mold,whether the mold needs to be replaced;Due to the diverse shape of the die hole,small size and high tem-perature (500°~650°),it is currently manual detection,and the efficiency and accuracy are low. The de-velopment of online intelligent detection system of mold status,the use of robots instead of manual work,improve the quality and efficiency of equipment operation,reduce the labor intensity and risk of personnel,and realize the efficient,intelligent and "unmanned" operation of copper extrusion production line.
