摘要

拆垛系统是汽车冲压生产线的重要组成部分,它能确保输送的钢板单张进入压力机,避免多张进入造成生产线损伤甚至整线停机.实际拆垛过程中经常会有长时间保持垛料高度的需求,这样能避免拆垛机器人重新示教确定位置,减少非冲压时间的消耗,提高生产效率.为满足这一需求,对拆垛系统中的气缸和电磁阀进行优化,确定了无杆气缸和三位五通中压阀的使用.

Abstract

The disassembly system is an important part of the car stamping production line. It can ensure that the conveying steel plates enter the pressure machine and avoid multiple access to the production line damage or even the entire line. During the actual disassembly process,there is often a long-term demand for the height of the stacking material. This can avoid re-demonstrating the location of the ribbon to define the position,reduce the consumption of non-rushing time,and improve production efficiency. In order to meet this demand,the cylinder and solenoid valve in the disassembly system are optimized to determine the use of the rodless cylinder and the three-bit five-pass central pressure valve.
