介绍一种激光切割打磨装置,可用于商用车U型纵梁切割加工时的打磨除渣.本装置由固定打磨机构、活动打磨机构、气动系统、控制系统等组成.本设计对现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种结构简单、操作方便且性能稳定的激光切割打磨装置.
Abstract
This article introduces a laser cutting and polishing device,which can be used for grinding and slag removal during the cutting and processing of commercial vehicle U-shaped longitudinal beams. This de-vice consists of a fixed polishing mechanism,a movable polishing mechanism,a pneumatic system,a control system,etc. This design provides a laser cutting and polishing device with a simple structure,convenient op-eration,and stable performance to address the shortcomings of existing technologies.
