摘要

本文介绍了一种能连续切割的跟随输送装置,该输送装置能在切割过程对切割区域的连续跟踪,对切割出现的割渣、烟尘等实时收集外排,并且根据切割速度实时匹配送料速度,保证在工作过程中不对板材造成额外的划伤等,能够实现切割过程的不间断进行.

Abstract

This article introduces a follow-up conveying device that can continuously cut. The conveying de-vice can continuously track the cutting area during the cutting process,collect and exhaust cutting slag,smoke and dust in real time,and match the feeding speed in real time according to the cutting speed to ensure that no additional scratches are caused to the steel plates during the working process,achieving un-interrupted cutting.
