随着科技的发展,机器人因其装卸精度高、免维护、可连续不间断工作等特点在工业生产中得到快速普及应用.本文针对多工位机床上料控制系统的硬件、软件实现进行简要介绍,并对某些功能实现进行了改进优化.
Abstract
The processing industry uses manual loading and unloading of machine tools,which poses high risks,high labor intensity,and low efficiency. At present,robots have developed rapidly in industrial appli-cations,with characteristics such as high loading and unloading accuracy,maintenance free,and continuous operation. This article provides a brief introduction to the hardware and software implementation of the multi station machine tool feeding control system,and optimizes and implements some targeted functions.
