摘要
本文论述了一种针对压力机运行状态信息的采集、远程传输、远程监控和数据信息分析的远程信息化解决方案.利用工业物联网关和物联网编程开发工具Node-RED软件,以及通过基于客户端、服务器的消息发布/订阅传输协议MQTT互联网通讯,实现压力机的远程信息化管理.
Abstract
This article discusses a remote information technology solution for the collection,remote transmis-sion,remote monitoring,and data analysis of operating status information of press machines. The remote in-formatization of press machine tools is realized by using the industrial Internet of Things gateway and the Internet of Things programming development tool Node-RED software,as well as MQTT Internet communica-tion,a message publishing/subscription transmission protocol based on client and server.
