Hydraulic press is widely used in the field of forging,and its control stability under large load determines the rolling efficiency. Considering that most load sensing systems are faced with the situation of linkage throttling of oil inlet and outlet,a load sensing system with low information requirement and excellent anti-interference performance is designed. The extended state observer (ESO) is used to estimate the total disturbance state of the system in real time,and the disturbance compensation law is used to complete the compensation process,which significantly improves the closed-loop performance of the system. The AMESim simulation model is built and the simulation test is carried out. The research results show that compared with PID control and ADRC control mode,the system tracking error is smaller before and after sinusoidal interfer-ence is added. The position active disturbance rejection controller can compensate the influence of the inter-ference force on the position and obtain stronger robustness. The research is helpful to improve the control efficiency of hydraulic press and lay a certain foundation for the subsequent parameter optimization.
