In this paper,a large-module single-link herringbone gear shaft gear making process scheme is introduced,through the analysis of the structure of different herringbone gear shafts,special tooling is de-signed according to the processing equipment,special tools are made,and the process method is improved. The rough and finishing processes of tooth making are separated to ensure that the accuracy of herringbone teeth reaches GB-7 level.
