Mn (13.5~15%),Al (7.8~8.8%),Fe (2.8~4.0%) and Ni (1.8~2.5%) in high manganese alu-minum bronze alloy (ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2) all have effects on the microstructure transformation. In order to facilitate the study, the phase precipitation behavior of alloys with different components is comparatively ana-lyzed based on Al equivalent. The microstructure evolution law and dissolution of each phase were studied by continuous heating test. The results show that the precipitation temperature of each phase is significantly affected by the material composition, and the precipitation temperature of α phase in high Al equivalent samples is lower. In the continuous heating test, the β fine decomposition phase can be redissolved when heated at high temperature, and the α phase can be completely dissolved at 700℃. When the heating tem-perature is higher than 800℃,there are only matrix β phase and undissolved κⅠ phase in the material.
