Titanium alloy has a high strength ratio and is widely used in the field of aviation internal combus-tion engine. Its forming characteristics are greatly affected by metal flow. The influence of mechanical proper-ties of TB6 titanium alloy under high temperature compression was studied, mainly from the aspects of flow stress and material stress-strain relationship curve. The results show that when the strain rate increases contin-uously in the range of 1000~3000s-1,the flow stress increases slowly, and the strain rate strengthening effect is weak. When the strain continues to increase, the increase of the flow stress is larger, which indicates that the strain hardening effect of the process is strong. The research is helpful to improve the compression molding quality of titanium alloy and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent parameter optimization.
