本文提出一种利用电阻层析成像技术来检测45钢中的缺陷的方法.对45钢缺陷进行检测时,因其具有低电阻、高电导率的特点,使得检测的信号比较微弱且易受到噪声干扰,难以从检测信号中获取利于图像重建的特征.因此,通过构建特定用于45钢检测的电阻层析成像设备,可获取较大的信号强度数据,并利用小波分析对其进行的数据处理,分离噪声种类以及提取有效的单频特征信号,从而有效的改善图像重建的质量.采用5种算法对其进行成像,结果表明,总变异重建算法面对缺陷位置的多种情况,均可以有效的识别缺陷位置及大小.
In this paper,a method is proposed to detect defects in 45 steel by using resistance tomography. When detecting 45 steel defects,because of its low resistance and high conductivity,the detected signal is relatively weak and easy to be interfered with by noise,and it is difficult to obtain features conducive to image reconstruction from the detected signal. Therefore,by constructing a resistance tomography device specifically for 45 steel detection,a large signal intensity data can be obtained,and the data processing can be carried out by wavelet analysis,the noise types can be separated,and the effective single-frequency characteristic signal can be extracted,so as to effectively improve the quality of image reconstruction. Five algorithms were used to image the defects,and the results showed that the total variation reconstruction al-gorithm could effectively identify the location and size of defects in a variety of situations.
