This paper analyzes the surface quality control and lifting strategies in the metal processing pro-cess. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and case study,the influence of surface quality on performance,quality evaluation index,process parameter optimization,and application of surface treatment technology are discussed. The results show that the reasonable selection of processing parameters and the application of surface treatment technology are effective means to improve surface quality and achieve high-quality parts manufacturing.
