摘要

120MN兼顾等温模锻、自由锻的重型多功能锻造液压机是根据用户特定工艺需求设计,专用于航空、航天大型锻件研制实验的锻造液压机,属于重型锻造装备,功能兼容性较大,一台设备可兼顾自由锻开坯、模锻成形等工艺应用.首先根据技术参数要求设计三维模型,然后采用三维模拟软件对 120MN多功能锻造液压机进行建模,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析优化了液压机的机身结构,合理地优化了结构布局和材料利用率,为公称力在 100MN~150MN范围间的多功能锻造液压机的快速设计提供了参考和借鉴

Abstract

120MN heavy-duty multi-function forging hydraulic press is a kind of special forging hydraulic press,which is designed according to the special technological requirements of users and developed for large-scale aerospace forgings.It belongs to heavy forging equipment,the function compatibility is big,may one equipment take into account the free forging to open the blank,the die forging molding and so on.The 3D model is designed according to the parameter requirements of the technical protocol,and then the 3D simulation software is used to model the 120MN multi-function forging hydraulic press,using the finite ele-ment analysis software ANSYS,the structure of the hydraulic press body is optimized,and the structure lay-out and material utilization ratio are optimized reasonably,it provides a reference for the rapid design of multi-function forging hydraulic press whose nominal force is in the range of 100MN~150MN.
