气垫配置闭锁功能的目的是防止气垫随滑块回程时顶坏工件.闭锁液压缸的设计计算主要是关于力-油压的换算,计算过程并不复杂.但如何选择闭锁气缸,则需要对气缸内气体流速进行深入分析,否则会有闭锁失效、反弹等情况的发生.
The purpose of the air cushion locking function is to prevent the air cushion with the return stroke of the slide to top the workpiece.The design and calculation of the locking hydraulic cylinder is mainly about the force-hydraulic pressure conversion,the calculation process is not complicated.However,how to choose the latching cylinder requires an in-depth analysis of the gas flow rate in the cylinder,other-wise there will be latching failure,rebound and so on.
