本文介绍一种自动隔板取放装置,用于商用车U型纵梁的转运和输送.该装置由气动抓取装置、料框单元、控制系统等组成.本设计针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、操作方便且性能稳定的隔板自动取放解决方案.
Abstract
This article introduces an automatic partition loading and unloading device,which can be used for the transportation and transportation of U-shaped longitudinal beams in commercial vehicles.The device is composed of a pneumatic gripping device,a material frame unit,a control system,etc.This design provides a simple structure,convenient operation,and stable performance automatic partition picking and releasing de-vice to address the shortcomings of existing technologies.
