摘要

为提高液压加载真空热压成型机的稳压控制效果,设计了一种PID控制系统.通过算法优化控制来达到对真空热压装置加压有效调控的功能,有效地完成系统速度与压力的共同控制.实验测试结果表明:当位置与压力误差都在0.1%以内时,可以达到99%的压力控制精度,获得99.3%的位置精度.预压位置经过20s可以达到设定目标,并保持稳定的施加载荷的规律.目标压力经过12s可以达到设定目标,超调量在可控范围.该研究有助于提高热压成型机控制效率,为后续加载工艺优化奠定一定的理论基础.

Abstract

A PID control system was designed in order to improve the control effect of pressure stabilized vacuum hot pressing machine.Through algorithm optimization control,the function of effective pressure con-trol of vacuum hot pressing device is achieved,and the joint control of system speed and pressure is effec-tively achieved.The experimental results show that when the errors of position and pressure are both within 0.1%,the pressure control accuracy of 99%can be achieved,and the position accuracy of 99.3%can be obtained.The pre-loading position can reach the set target after 20 seconds,and maintain a stable law of applying load.The target pressure can reach the set target after 12s,and the overshoot is in a controllable range.The research is helpful to improve the control efficiency of hot pressing machine and lay a theoreti-cal foundation for the optimization of loading process.
