In order to meet the needs of large-scale flexible customization,the manufacturing of commercial vehicles requires more and more intelligent scheduling at the storage end.Conventional storage is difficult to meet the demand of production beat.This paper mainly describes the landing application of the three-dimensional library of frame assembly in the new base project of Shaanxi Heavy Truck Co.,Ltd.from the aspects of use,structural design and application.This paper introduces the composition structure of the frame general establishment library in detail,and the application of the frame general establishment library has small floor space and high space utilization rate.Advantages and prospects of intelligent dispatching management,safety,energy saving and environmental protection.
