当仿真模型遵守塑性变形相似条件时,才能保证塑性成形仿真计算结果与实际情况一致.塑性变形的相似条件包含几何相似、力学相似和物理相似.本文分别讨论上述相似条件在有限元成形仿真计算时的处理.分别计算成形力为 150MN、140MN、130MN、120MN时的钢锭镦粗塑性成形情况,根据计算结果并综合考虑选用130MN压机.然后使用此压机分别计算坯料 2、坯料3、坯料 4 镦粗成形情况,统计 50s内快速镦粗结果和最终镦粗结果.钢锭镦粗成形仿真计算结果可以直观显示坯料高度同镦粗成形时间的相关性,为压机设计及制造提供技术支持.
Only when the simulation model complies with the similar conditions of plastic deformation can the simulation results of plastic forming be consistent with the actual situation.The similar conditions of plastic deformation include geometric similarity,mechanical similarity and physical similarity.The treatment of these similar conditions in FEM forming simulation is discussed.The plastic forming conditions of steel ingot upset with forming force of 150MN,140MN,130MN and 120MN were calculated respectively,and 130MN press was selected according to the calculation results and comprehensive consideration.Then the press is used to calculate the billet 2,billet 3and billet 4 upsetting forming,and the results of rapid upset-ting in 50s and the final upsetting are counted.The simulation results can show the correlation between bil-let height and upsetting forming time,and provide technical support for press design and manufacture.
