Variable cross-section corrugated plates are widely used,but they are still produced by the tradi-tional press molding process.In order to improve production efficiency,this study combines the advantages of cold forming technology with high efficiency,good forming quality and high precision,and takes the cold forming process of variable cross-section corrugated sheet as the object of study,determines the specific forming parameters such as the hole system,billet width,number of forming passes,bending angle,plaque spacing and roll diameter difference and draws the roll flower diagrams and roll models,and provides theo-retical bases for the finite element simulation of the cold forming process of the variable cross-section cor-rugated sheet and large-scale industrialized production.Provide theoretical basis for the finite element simu-lation of variable section corrugated plate cold forming process and large-scale industrialized production.
