船用铜镍合金变径管分体式成形模具设计及成形工艺研究

针对船用铜镍合金变径管现有压制成形工艺中工装模具较多,制备中需多次换模、成形效率低下的问题,结合现有变径管成形工艺特点,提出变径管分体镶嵌式成形模具及成形方法.以DN80/DN65 为研究对象,设计变径管分体镶嵌式成形模具并利用数值模拟方法分析变径管分体镶嵌式模具成形工艺的可行性,制作分体镶嵌式成形模具并进行试验验证.结果表明,采用分体镶嵌式成形模具成形效果良好,变径管性能合格且成形效率提升至 83%.
Aiming at the problems of low forming efficiency due to many tooling dies in the existing form-ing technology f copper-nickel reducer for marine,which need to be changed many times in production,A split-inlay molding technology was proposed combined with the forming process characteristics of reducer.The DN80/DN65 reducer was analyzed,and designed the split-inlay forming dies,also we verified the pos-sibility of split-inlay method by finite element method,the split-inlay forming die was made to physical verification.The results showed that the forming effect of the split-inlay forming method was good and the reducer product performance was good,and the product qualification rate was increased to 83%.
