Thin-walled parts are formed by deep-drawing molds,and the machinable size range of deep-drawing parts is quite wide.Using deep drawing mold forming,the product has consistency,so deep drawing process can be efficient production,so that the material is fully utilized.In this paper,through the finite el-ement analysis software simulation and analysis of local hot isostatic pressure deep drawing forming process effect;on this basis simulation and analysis of the cone part of the two deep-drawing forming process of the evolution of the wall thickness of different parameter scheme,and based on this optimization parameter scheme,to achieve the thin-walled parts of the deep-drawing forming of the wall thickness control.
