摘要

本文以HK系列某型号冲压外圈滚针轴承为研究对象,分析并确定该型号冲压外圈的工艺流程,设计出该型号冲压外圈多工位连续模;优化了关键工位的模具结构,选择出合适的冲压设备,并基于Simufact仿真分析模具的可行性.

Abstract

This paper takes a certain model of stamped outer ring needle roller bearing of HK series as the research object,analyzes and determines the process flow of this model of stamped outer ring,designs a multi-station continuous die for this model of stamped outer ring;optimizes the structure of the die for the key station,selects the suitable stamping equipment,and analyzes the feasibility of the die based on Simu-fact simulation.
