Aiming at the low-speed motion vice which needs intermittent thick oil lubrication at the main shaft sliding bearing and slide guide of mechanical press,a centralized lubrication control system has been designed to realize the functions of manual and automatic adjustment of the oil supply quantity,automatic refueling at regular intervals and fault alarm.Briefly introduced a model of low-speed press,based on the touch screen,PLC control system and progressive oil separator to achieve the grease lubrication control system,a detailed introduction to the single-pump lubrication system principle of operation,this method of high control accuracy,simple to manipulate,in the large-scale servo mechanical press multi-pump group rod thick oil lubrication program has been verified.
