PLC technology,as an advanced automation control technology,gradually replaces the traditional relay control system and becomes the mainstream technology of mechanical electrical control.This study aims to explore the specific application and effect of PLC technology in mechanical electrical control to pro-vide reference for researchers and engineers in related fields.The study starts from the basic principles of PLC technology,and analyzes in detail its application in thermal deformation control,decentralized control,integrated control and fault investigation and maintenance,and combines with practical cases to show the application effect and advantages of PLC technology in different control scenarios.
