摘要

本文设计实验研究变频电机能耗、电机温升等问题.研究表明,为有效应对空载损耗,使用优质冷轧硅钢片铁芯,优化槽形,减小铁芯损耗、励磁损耗、机械损耗,对电机空载损耗具有良好的控制效果,电机整体运行良好,降低了升温故障发生率.

Abstract

In this paper,experiments are designed to study the energy consumption and temperature rise of inverter motors.The study shows that in order to effectively deal with the no-load loss,the use of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet core,optimize the slot shape,reduce core loss,excitation loss,mechanical loss,the motor no-load loss has a good control effect,the overall operation of the motor is good,and reduces the incidence of temperature-rise faults.
