大型难变形锻件在生产制造过程中需经过自由锻开坯、模锻或等温锻造成形.该多功能液压机为主要面向航空、航天、军工等领域高端锻件成形,并针对小批量、定制化产品而专门设计的锻造液压机.本文主要从设备的机械结构上对兼顾模锻、等温锻、自由锻重型多功能液压机进行阐述,说明了对于两种工艺相结合的主要设计思路.所述思路和方法可为设计者提供设计参考及具体思路,也可以为万吨级锻造装备提供一些数据支撑以及相应设计意见.
Large and difficult to deform forgings in the manufacturing process have to go through the free forging billet,die forging or isothermal forging molding.This multifunctional hydraulic press is mainly facing the aviation,aerospace,military and other fields of high-end forging forming,as well as for small quantities,customized products and specially designed forging hydraulic press.This paper is mainly from the mechani-cal structure of the equipment to take into account the die forging isothermal forging free forging heavy-duty multifunctional hydraulic presses for the elaboration and for the combination of the two processes of the main design ideas.Through the introduction can be used as a design reference to provide designers with some specific ideas,but also for 10,000 tons of forging equipment to provide some data support and the corresponding design advice.
