Taking the automotive stamping seven-axis robot production line as the research object,a simu-lation method using RobotStudio to build a robot stamping line is introduced.Constructed the press,vision belt,seven-axis transfer function and physical characteristics of the state,the simulation effect to achieve the actual effect of the field operation,optimize the whole line of the beat and robot action.The simulation design can provide an experimental platform for the actual stamping production line,reduce the design cost,save production resources,and also has guiding significance for the research of stamping seven-axis produc-tion line.
