基于SolidWorks的双梁式复合材料液压机设计与应用

复合材料液压机是制备高性能复合材料构件的关键装备,但现有液压机普遍存在刚度不足、液压系统集成度低等问题.本文提出一种创新的双梁式复合材料液压机设计方案,采用SolidWorks进行建模和分析,优化了双梁结构和液压系统集成,并通过正交试验揭示了成形工艺参数对复合材料性能的影响规律.结果表明,所设计液压机制备的复合材料兼具优异的力学性能和热性能,展现出广阔的应用前景.本研究为复合材料液压机的设计和应用提供了新的思路和方法.
Composite hydraulic press is a key equipment for preparing high-performance composite compo-nents,but the existing hydraulic presses generally have problems such as insufficient rigidity and low inte-gration of hydraulic system.This paper proposes an innovative design scheme of double-beam composite hy-draulic press,adopts SolidWorks for modeling and analysis,optimizes the double-beam structure and hy-draulic system integration,and reveals the influence law of forming process parameters on the performance of composite materials through orthogonal test.The results show that the composites prepared by the de-signed hydraulic press have both excellent mechanical and thermal properties,showing a broad application prospect.This study provides new ideas and methods for the design and application of hydraulic presses for composites.
