摘要

介绍基于UMAC(Universal Motion and Automation Controller)先进技术的精密伺服控制系统,并以公司正在量产的国内唯一模组封装设备控制系统为例,介绍该系统的设计方案.最终调试结果表明,UMAC控制器在高精度、高响应、快速、灵活和开放性的精密激光加工控制系统中具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract

Introducing the precision servo control system based on the advanced technology of UMAC(Universal Motion and Automation Controller),and taking the control system of the only module packaging equipment in China,which is being mass-produced by the company,as an example,to introduce the design scheme of the system.The final debugging results show that the UMAC controller has a broad application prospect in the precision laser processing control system with high precision,high response,fast,flexible and openness.
