This paper proposes a system optimization method based on modular design for press performance optimization.The research establishes the module division method of the press system,and formulates the standardized module interface specification;puts forward the performance optimization strategy of"layered optimization and collaborative enhancement",and realizes the performance enhancement of the key modules;through the verification of engineering application,the positional accuracy of the press,the productivity,the energy efficiency and other indexes have been significantly improved,and the reliability of the equipment has been greatly improved.The reliability of the equipment has been greatly improved.The research results provide new ideas and methods for the modular design and performance optimization of presses,which have important theoretical significance and practical value.
