摘要

难变形金属合金化程度高、塑性低、变形抗力高、加工温度范围窄.径向锻造压机四个型砧同时径向接触坯料进行高速、精密锻造,坯料在三向压应力状态下变形,可锻性得到显著提高,解决了高性能合金材料难以锻造或无法锻造的难题.本文分析了难变形合金径向锻造生产线技术参数,介绍了关键设备组成,对生产线的技术特点进行了分析阐述.

Abstract

The superalloy has high alloying degree,low plasticity,high deformation resistance and narrow processing temperature range.he four anvils of the radial forging press are simultaneously forged along the radial contact blank with high speed and precision.In the radial forging process,the billet is subjected to three compressive stresses,so the malleability is significantly improved,which solves the problem that high performance alloy materials are difficult to forge or cannot be forged.This paper analyzes the technical pa-rameters of the radial forging line of refractory alloy,introduces the composition of the key equipment,and discusses the technical characteristics of the line.
