摘要

程控行吊是智能行吊系统的核心部件,实现了对纵梁的精确抓取、搬运和放置,从而确保了物流自动化连线的高效运作.而电机传动轴是程控行吊垂直提升部件中的关键件,其强度和刚度直接关系到垂直提升部件的可靠性,进而影响整个智能行吊系统的可靠性.

Abstract

The program-controlled crane is the core component of the intelligent crane system,which realizes the accurate grasp,handling and placement of the longitudinal beam,thus ensuring the efficient operation of the logistics automation connection.The motor transmission shaft is a key part of the program-controlled crane vertical lifting parts,and its strength and stiffness are directly related to the reliability of the vertical lifting parts,and then affect the reliability of the entire intelligent crane system.
