摘要

介绍了一种新型钢板龟背缺陷矫正方案,使用一个上辊和两个下辊共同组成一组凹凸辊机构,上辊可通过丝杆机构调整压下量,两侧机架可轴向移动,调整两下辊间距.可对成形后的U型梁龟背缺陷进行矫正,可集成在生产线中在线矫正,确保下线钢板钢带或U型梁的精度.

Abstract

A new type of steel plate turtleback defect correction program is introduced,using one upper roller and two lower rollers together to form a set of concave and convex roller mechanism,the upper roller can be adjusted by the screw mechanism to adjust the amount of underpressure,and the two sides of the frame can be moved axially to adjust the spacing between the two lower rollers.It can correct the turtle-back de-fects of U-beam after forming,and can be integrated in the production line for online correction to ensure the precision of steel strip or U-beam of steel plate under the line.
