摘要

机械压力机适应工况范围较广,大多需配置行程可调节气垫,行程可调节气垫一般配置密封缓冲油箱,气垫在工作冲程中活塞杆带动螺母运动,油箱上需合理设置排气口,保证气垫运行平稳,有效保障压力机实现其各功能.

Abstract

Mechanical press to adapt to a wide range of working conditions,most of the need to configure the stroke can be adjusted air cushion,stroke can be adjusted air cushion is generally configured to seal the buffer tank,air cushion in the working stroke of the piston rod driven nut movement,the oil tank needs to be reasonably set up on the exhaust port to ensure that the air cushion running smoothly,effectively guarantee the press to achieve its various functions.
