国产轴承在向高性能化阶段发展中,受CAE仿真技术精确性、所需材料的洁净度、机械加工设备的先进性、产品装配技术及轴承润滑和维护措施等因素的影响,使其发展速度缓慢,制约了我国工业生产的发展.本文就轴承生产现状及其制约因素进行综述,为该领域的生产和研究梳理方向,以期加快高性能轴承的制造及其发展.
In the development of domestic bearings to the stage of high performance,they are affected by the accuracy of CAE simulation technology,the cleanliness of the required materials,the advanced machining equipment,the product assembly technology and the bearing lubrication and maintenance measures,which makes their development slow and restricts the development of China's industrial production.This paper summarizes the current situation of bearing production and its constraints to sort out the direction of production and research in this field,with a view to accelerating the manufacture of high-performance bearings and their development.
