摘要

伺服压力机具有传动结构简单、运动部件精度高、控制系统智能化与柔性化等特点,在复合成形加工、冲裁、拉伸、压印、精冲等加工领域得到广泛应用.公司从客户实际需求出发,潜心钻研,多次对控制系统进行升级优化,以适应更多工件的加工需求.本文重点介绍了以台达伺服控制系统为平台的薄板冲压加工工艺方法,该方法正逐步取代传统式压力机加工工艺.

Abstract

The transmission structure of the servo press is simple,the moving parts are high-precision,and the control system is intelligent and flexible.Yangli Group is based on the actual needs of customers,devotes itself to research,and upgrades and optimizes the control system many times to meet the processing needs of more workpieces.This paper focuses on introducing the sheet stamping processing process curve based on Delta's servo control system as the platform.It is gradually replacing the traditional press and leading the press.
