构建了AZ31B镁合金板材脉动液压加载条件试验平台及成形装置,利用开发的试验装置分别对AZ31B镁合金板材进行简单线性加载和脉动液压加载条件加载路径对比试验,比较分析了简单线性载荷和脉动液压加载条件下AZ31B镁合金板材的变形规律,分析了产品零件的质量,不同频率和振幅对AZ31B镁合金板材壁厚、最大胀形高度和成形均匀性等指标的影响,揭示了脉动液压加载条件下AZ31B镁合金板材的成形机理,并对变形规律进行了总结.
AZ31B magnesium alloy plate pulsating hydraulic loading conditions test platform and forming de-vice were constructed,and the developed test device was used to carry out simple linear loading and pul-sating hydraulic loading conditions loading path comparison test on AZ31B magnesium alloy plate,respective-ly,to compare and analyze the deformation law of AZ31B magnesium alloy plate under simple linear loading and pulsating hydraulic loading conditions,and to analyze the quality of the product parts,and to analyze the quality of the product parts,and to analyze the deformation pattern of AZ31B magnesium alloy plate un-der simple linear loading conditions.The effects of different frequencies and amplitudes on the indexes of wall thickness,maximum expansion height and forming uniformity of AZ31B magnesium alloy plates were an-alyzed,the forming mechanism of AZ31B magnesium alloy plates under pulsating hydraulic loading condi-tions was revealed,and the deformation law was summarized.
