Marine air valve has been in service for a long time in an environment of high temperature,high pressure and repeated impact,and the hardness of the valve surface plays a key influence on its service life.Under normal circumstances,the valve surface needs to be modified to improve its wear resistance,heat resistance,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance by means of additive.This paper studies dif-ferent plasma surfacing processes and studies martensitic materials as the matrix.Cobalt-based alloy was se-lected as the research object to analyze the welding quality under different heat input welding parameters,and establish the corresponding relationship between different welding parameters and welding layer hardness,optimize the process parameters,reduce welding defects,and select a set of welding process parameters to meet the service environment of the workpiece under high temperature,high pressure and easy wear,and improve the service life of the workpiece.
