船用气阀钴基合金等离子堆焊工艺优化分析研究

船用气阀长期在高温、高压且反复撞击的环境中服役,阀面的硬度对其使用寿命起到较为关键的影响,通常情况下需要对气阀阀面进行改性,通过增材的方式提高其耐磨、耐热、耐高温和耐腐蚀性能.本文通过研究不同的等离子堆焊工艺,以马氏体材料为基体,选用钴基合金为研究对象,分析不同热输入量焊接参数下的焊接质量,并构建不同焊接参数与焊层硬度的对应关系,优化工艺参数,减少焊接缺陷,优选一组焊接工艺参数,以满足工件在高温、高压、易磨损的恶劣工况服役环境,提升工件的服役寿命.
Marine air valve has been in service for a long time in an environment of high temperature,high pressure and repeated impact,and the hardness of the valve surface plays a key influence on its service life.Under normal circumstances,the valve surface needs to be modified to improve its wear resistance,heat resistance,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance by means of additive.This paper studies dif-ferent plasma surfacing processes and studies martensitic materials as the matrix.Cobalt-based alloy was se-lected as the research object to analyze the welding quality under different heat input welding parameters,and establish the corresponding relationship between different welding parameters and welding layer hardness,optimize the process parameters,reduce welding defects,and select a set of welding process parameters to meet the service environment of the workpiece under high temperature,high pressure and easy wear,and improve the service life of the workpiece.
