摘要

随着高职院校在协同创新领域的深入发展,对其协同创新中心的建设成效进行科学、客观的评价显得尤为重要.本文对湖南省内高职院校协同创新中心建设及评价体系的现状进行了研究,深入剖析了高职院校协同创新中心建设的影响因素.内部资源的配置、外部环境的支持、政策导向以及院校自身的战略定位等都会影响高职院校协同创新中心的建设.同时构建了以输入指标、过程指标、输出指标、成果指标以及持续改进指标组成的五个二级指标的高职院校协同创新中心评价指标体系.

Abstract

With the in-depth development of higher vocational colleges and universities in the field of col-laborative innovation,it is particularly important to conduct a scientific and objective evaluation of the con-struction effectiveness of their collaborative innovation centers.This paper studies the current situation of the construction and evaluation system of collaborative innovation centers in higher vocational colleges and uni-versities in Hunan Province,and analyzes in depth the influencing factors of the construction of collaborative innovation centers in higher vocational colleges and universities.The allocation of internal resources,the support of the external environment,the policy orientation and the strategic positioning of the institutions themselves will all affect the construction of collaborative innovation centers in higher vocational institutions.Meanwhile,the evaluation index system of collaborative innovation center in higher vocational colleges and universities is constructed with five secondary indicators consisting of input indicators,process indicators,output indicators,outcome indicators and continuous improvement indicators.
