摘要
本文研究的内容是4×100米接力赛交接棒技术，运用实地调研法、文献综述法、实验法等方法，研究田径比赛中的4×100米交接棒技术的完美结合，分析在起跑、握棒、交接棒方式、交接棒区域等各方面做出相应观察和研究，从而找到更为高效的交接棒技术要领。
Abstract
The content of this paper is the 4 ×100 meter relay transfer bar technology,the use of field research method,literature review, experiments and other methods to study the track and field competition in the 4 ×100 meter stick perfect combination of technology transfer,a-nalysis start to make all aspects grip bars,rods transfer mode,the transfer bar area and other relevant observation and research to find a more effi-cient technology transfer rod essentials.
