我国互联网网民的空间分布规律与影响因素

摘要
通过中国互联网络信息中心和《中国统计年鉴》获得的数据,选取网民规模和网民普及率两个指标,系统分析1998—2014年间我国互联网网民的空间分布规律与影响因素.结果表明:①各省份网民规模的空间分布虽变得愈发均衡,但"东高西低"的整体格局依然存在.这主要是GDP和人口数量作用的结果,特别是城镇人口已成为首要影响因素.②各省份网民普及率的空间分布也呈"东高西低"特征,但与网民规模位序存在很大差异.同时,大多数省份存在普及率超过10%后增长明显加快规律,而北京和上海则有超过60%后增速放缓趋势.这主要是受到人均GDP和城镇化率两个因素的影响.③在互联网发展的不同阶段,影响我国各省份网民规模和网民普及率空间分布的因素及其作用程度是不断变化的.
Abstract
This topic systematically analyzed the internet users ' space-time evolution rules and the influence factors in different provinces of Mainland China in the period of 1998—2014 based on two indicators:netizen popu-lation and internet penetration rate through the released data from China Internet Network Information Center and China Statistical Yearbook .The research indicates that:①Although the spatial distribution of the netizen popula-tion in different provinces was becoming balanced , but the "high in the east and low in the west" situation is still grim.The netizen population is affected by two levels:the country ' s overall economic strength and the population , especially the urban population has become the primary target .② Although the spatial distribution of the internet penetration rate in different provinces also has the "high in the east and low in the west" characteristics , but the in-ternet penetration rate order with netizens population order has great difference .The internet penetration rate growth in most provinces has accelerated obviously after more than 10%.The internet penetration rate is mainly affected by two factors:per capita GDP and urbanization rate .③In different stages of internet development , degree of the fac-tors affecting the spatial distribution of Chinese internet users and their role has been constantly changing .④Tradi-tional geographical elements have indirect impacts upon spatial distribution of internet users in different provinces of Mainland China .They have great influence on national economic growth , population distribution and urbanization .
