Evolution and Influencing Factors of High-quality Development of Construction Industry in China
ESDA,Markov chain and GTWR model were used to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution and influ-encing factors of the high-quality development of provincial construction industry from 2008 to 2020.The results show that:(1)There are differences in the high-quality development and growth rate of construction industry in different regions. The development momentum of the central and eastern regions is strong, the western and northeastern regions are lower than the national average for a long time, and the northeastern region is the slowest.(2)The migration speed of the center of gravity is accelerated, the standard deviation ellipse area is shrinking, and the reduction trend in the northeast direction is the most obvious.(3)The global spatial correlation characteristics of the high-quality develop-ment of construction industry are significant. The local spatial correlation model is mainly based on the high-high ag-glomeration in the eastern region and the low-low agglomeration in the western region.(4)The leap-forward transfer of high-quality development of construction industry is difficult to achieve, and the transition only occurs in adjacent grades;the positive spillover of high-value provinces is greater than the negative spillover of low-value provinces.(5)The obstacle degrees of scale growth,innovation-driven,comprehensive benefits and green energy conservation show fluctuating upward trends, and the restrictive effect on the high-quality development of construction industry is gradu-ally increasing. The driving effects of financial support, urbanization process, energy consumption structure and tech-nological innovation on the high-quality development of construction industry are spatially heterogeneous.
