Research on Temporal Evolution Characteristics of Narrative Theme of Photovoltaic Industry Policy
Firstly,this paper innovatively defined the 3W framework of PV industry policy narrative,and ex-tracted the structured content of PV industry policy.Secondly,the thesis mined the narrative theme keywords of pho-tovoltaic industry policy from 2011 to 2022 based on Term Frequency-inverse Document Frequency Algorithm algo-rithm.Proceed to the next step,the co-occurrence network method was used to visually analyze the narrative theme of photovoltaic industry policy.At last,the paper carried out the correspondence analysis of the narrative theme focus of photovoltaic industry by coupling with spatial and temporal elements.The results show that:Policy narrative theme has focused on promoting distributed photovoltaic applications and solving photovoltaic consumption and other issues during 2011-2019,while the policy narrative theme has gradually shifted to improving energy storage and ensuring consumption during 2020-2022.Provincial policies have a high degree of implementation of national policies,and the policy themes are basically consistent,however,provincial policies suit their measures to local conditions and pay close attention to their own emphasis.From the perspective of correspondence analysis,national policy themes are distributed in four quadrants,and there are significant differences in the narrative themes of national policies at differ-ent stages.There are also significant differences in the narrative themes of provincial policies at different stages.Pro-vincial policies are closely linked between years,with strong policy execution and a longer policy lifespan.There is a discontinuous local correlation between narrative themes and time variables at the national and provincial levels.
