Construction Access of the Military Civilian Collaborative Innovation Promotion Mechanism in Zheng-Luo-Xin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone
Building a mechanism for promoting military civilian collaborative innovation is an inevitable re-quirement for achieving leapfrog development in Zheng-Luo-Xin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone.By helping of studying ways such as literature collection,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and prac-tice tracking,the content,composition and operational mechanism of the military civilian collaborative innovation promotion mechanism in National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone is elaborated;The practice,difficul-ties and feasible paths for building this promotion mechanism in the area is also analyzed in this paper.The results show that the promotion mechanism for military civilian collaborative innovation in National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone consists of sub mechanisms such as incentive and constraint,organizational work,interest coor-dination and risk prevention with different functions;There are problems with inadequate incentives,coordination,and organization in the construction of this promotion mechanism in the district,as well as shortcomings in scientific and educational resources;The provincial government should adopt a strategy of addressing both symptoms and root causes,starting with measures such as strengthening incentives for military civilian collaborative innovation,organi-zational coordination,and addressing shortcomings in order to build this mechanism.
