Influence of Land Transfer Contract on Farmers'Green Production Behaviors:Based on Survey Data from Farmers in the Main Rice Producing Areas of Jiangxi Province
Based on the survey data of 810 rice farmers in the main rice producing areas of Jiangxi Province, the Probit model and the Heckman two-stage model are used to explore the impact of land transfer contracts with dif-ferent attributes on the green production behavior of farmers and to analyze the moderating effect of the land operation scale. The results show that:(1)Compared with the paid land transfer, the farmers who transfer the land for free are more inclined to adopt agricultural green production technology.(2)The longer the land transfer contract is signed and the more standardized the signing form of the land transfer contract, the higher the possibility of farmers adopting agricultural green production technologies.(3)When land transfer improves the scale level of farmers'cultivated land, the role of land transfer contracts in promoting farmers'adoption of agricultural green production technologies will be enhanced.Accordingly, the role of moral norms among land transfer households should be paid attention to,establish and improve the contract mechanism to ensure the stability of land rights and transaction standardization.
