Evaluation of Regional Protection and Development of Traditional Villages in Fenhe River Basin
Taking Fenhe River basin as the study area, this paper selects the data of 145 traditional villages re-lated to social economy and natural ecology, then uses geographically weighted regression and spatial clustering to de-termine the coupling coordination level of regional protection and development level of these traditional villages in Fenhe River basin, hence analyzes and concludes the temporal and spatial characteristics and driving mechanism of which. The results show that:(1)The regional protection level and regional development level of the villages are rel-atively balanced as a whole, but there are spatial mismatches.(2)The whole Fenhe River basin is in antagonistic and low coupling stage, nearly 90%of the basin area is out of balance, the coordination level in the upper stream is far lower than the average, while it forms a river-centered multi-layer layout in the midstream area.(3)Regional o-verall economic capacity, regional non-agricultural economic capacity, regional policy inclination and regional re-source possession are sifted as the four main driving factors for the coordination of regional protection and regional de-velopment of traditional villages in Fenhe river basin.(4)From the perspective of coordinated development, the spa-tial development pattern of"one pivot, one belt and five zones"of traditional villages in the Fenhe River basin is de-termined,respectively:Pingyao County demonstration zone, west Fenhe River development belt, urban transformation zone, economic priority zone, comprehensive protection zone, resource development zone and policy support zone.
