Research on Land Use Functional Zoning Based on MCR Model:A Case Study of Hezhou City in Guangxi
Land use functional zoning is an important prerequisite for the protection and utilization of land space development. The MCR model is introduced into the study of land use functional zoning in Hezhou City based on the perspective of resistance constraints.Evaluation of resistance to expansion of construction land, ecological land, and agricultural land, and divide land use functional areas by analyzing the versatility of expansion of different land types. The results show that:(1)The expansion resistance of ecological land is expanded to the surrounding areas with each ecological protection source as the center, the expansion resistance of agricultural land increases from the central part of Hezhou City to the four sides, and the expansion resistance of construction land shows the characteristics of low in the central region and high in the surrounding areas;(2)According to the suitability of various types of land expan-sion,the whole area of Hezhou City is divided into five categories:ecological protection core area, agricultural pro-duction core area, construction and development core area, ecological protection and conservation area, and produc-tion ecological expansion area. Its spatial layout is consistent with the current land layout of Hezhou City and is in line with the use zoning and control requirements of relevant planning.Compared with traditional suitability evalua-tion,the multi-suitability analysis based on the MCR model comprehensively considers the vertical natural elements and horizontal expansion effects of each land use type, and provides a more scientific basis for the specific land use functional zoning. The thesis clarifies the distribution of each functional area and puts forward corresponding develop-ment suggestions, which can provide basis and guidance for land use structure optimization in Hezhou.
