Spatial and Temporal Differences and Influencing Factors of Equalization of Basic Public Services of Counties in Guizhou Province
Using the entropy method and hierarchical analysis method combined with comprehensive assign-ment, based on the relevant data of 88 counties (county-level cities and municipal districts) in Guizhou counties from 2011 to 2021, constructed an evaluation system for the equalization of basic public services, analyzed the spatial and temporal differences of the equalization of basic public services in Guizhou counties, and explored factors affecting the equalization of basic public services by using the two-way fixed-effects model. Using a two-way fixed effects model to explore the factors affecting the equalization of basic public services. The results show that:(1) The level of basic public service equalization shows an upward trend, with obvious spatial differences, the level of basic public service equalization is greater in the east than in the west, the level of basic public service equalization is the highest in the central part of the country. (2) There is obvious spatial autocorrelation in the equalization of basic public services, and its spatial correlation has obvious agglomeration characteristics. (3) Economic development, financial capacity, financial development and industrial structure upgrading have significant promotion effects on the equalization of basic public services, and their promotion effects are regulated and influenced by slope and elevation.
